Ric was first introduced to wine as an assistant buyer for a speciality gourmet foods and fine wine store. From there, his passion for fine wine took root and he has spent years traveling and visiting wineries around the world with his wife, Sherry. During this time, Ric has worked as retail operational management with specialty and large retail chains throughout the mid-west. After thirty years, he left that position to become VP of Operations for a successful upstart mortage company in Inidanapolis, Indiana. In 2005, Ric and Sherry moved to Lakeland, Florida. After a while of working at Tim's Wine Market here in Lakeland, Ric bought the store and rebranded to Ric's Wine Market, where you can be greeted by Annie, the shop dog.
